All services must be booked in advance. Booking Confirmation will be sent via email or phone call within 24 hours of your request.
2.1. Appointment Changes
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including:

- Cash Payments
3.1. Late Payments
Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% of the total service cost.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing access to the garden area
- Ensuring that pets are secured during service hours
- Communicating any specific requirements or concerns
4.1. Property Access
Clients must ensure that access to their property is available at the scheduled time. Gardening Hendon is not liable for delays caused by restricted access.
5. Liability
While we strive to provide the best services, Gardening Hendon is not liable for:
- Natural plant growth cycles
- Unforeseen weather conditions affecting garden health
- Damage caused by third-party services or products
5.1. Insurance Coverage
Our team is covered by liability insurance. However, clients are advised to have personal property insurance for their gardens.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action. This facilitates a mutually agreeable solution without court intervention.
6.1. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gardening Hendon operates.
7. Amendments to Terms
Gardening Hendon reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or our official communication channels.

Gardening Hendon is not responsible for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

In cases of force majeure, we will notify clients promptly and discuss alternative arrangements.
11. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Gardening Hendon, including designs, plans, and materials, are the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced without explicit consent.

Clients are granted a limited license to use the provided materials solely for personal garden maintenance and not for commercial purposes.
12. Feedback and Reviews
We value client feedback to improve our services. Clients are encouraged to provide honest reviews and constructive criticism.

By submitting feedback, clients grant Gardening Hendon permission to use their testimonials in marketing materials with prior consent.
